At toolsandleisure we listen to our customers. Over the last few months we have surveyed our customers gauging their shopping experience. The results made us listen. 14% stated that the navigation aspect of our site - with a dynamic menu- was slow to load and was not easy to follow - a clearer approach was needed. 8% felt that a more easy defined category structure was needed, for example Hand Tools goes to a sub category page where needle files could be found. Well we listen to our customers and immediately set about having our site tweaked and redesigned in places. The result is hopefully the new and improved toolsandleisure website. New Website - Same Great Savings
