At toolsandleisure.co.uk we always listen and respect our customers views and opinions. A recent comment was made about the 'use-ability' of our website. Although customers agree that we are competitively priced for Hand Tools, Leisure Products and Moccasin Slippers, sometimes finding these products was a little time consuming. This week we launched the new and improved toolsandleisure.co.uk website with quick side menus for finding anything from DIY Tools to Panasonic or Duracell Batteries. A new 'look' that offers a professional website for a professional business. Early indications are promising with people 'surfing' more pages to look at our products. Products that were a specific click such as Plastic Tent Pegs and Heavy Duty Shutter Locks are now being browsed and ordered by significantly higher numbers. Our popular sellers, Reflectors, Precision Screwdrivers and general DIY Hand Tools have seen an increase since the re-launch. We hope that you will agree that the changes we have made improves the shopping experience and we hope that customers will visit toolsandleisure.co.uk on a regular basis for their Hand Tools, Leisure Products and Moccasin Slippers. Thank you for browsing.

Just bought some R clips. Paid by PayPal. PayPal receipt says I have bougth Mocassin slippers! Soething wrong here!
Thank you for your comment. When viewing your receipt in PayPal it will say that your items are: DIY hand tools, leisure products and moccasin slippers (The title tag of our website) - this is an issue with PayPal and something that we have reported several times over several months. When you 'return' to our shop from the PayPal gateway you will receive an invoice clearly detailing your purchase. We agree with your comment, there is something wrong, it is just unfortunate that PayPal is not as efficient as Google Checkout when it comes to communication/processing and issuing written confirmation of an order. We apologise and will post a response from PayPal, if we receive one.
PayPal is one of a number of payment gateways for our website and as a result just complete the money side of a transaction. The invoice that is generated comes from our website but is only referenced as a reciept number on a PayPal confirmation. Unfortunately it will not state what you have actually purchased item by item on a Paypal receipt. We have been advised by Paypal to upgrade to 'Express' which will in fact detail all a customers' purchase, hopefully solving this issue.
